I liked this course for the speed it offers. If you are going to spain or a spanish speaking country for a short visit and want to know only what is bare necessary than this is the course. It does not asks you to learn really long lists, it does not asks you to learn all the grammar. This is the guide for a traveller who needs to know the basic of language just enough to communicate with with anybody. Synergy Spanish is divided into five sections that are designed to take you from a novice to advanced user level in no time. The course consists of audio lessons, each lesson has been kept short, maximum of 15-20 minutes. This has been done intentionally to keep the learner motivated and interested and I found it quite effective. The reason why I have placed it third is because it is more oriented towards beginners. I have learnt Spanish using Rocket Spanish and I have stayed for over a year in Barcelona so I know that you can get started with Synergy Spanish but it won't take you too far. Still I recommend it for those of you who don't have time or interest in mastering Spanish. |

Synergy Spanish is the product if you are in a hurry to learn Spanish. Its a course that is designed keeping beginners in mind. If you need to learn Spanish just enough to get talking with the new girl in class then this is the course.
For a low price of $49.95, you get an action guide and audio lessons. Each lesson lasts for 10 minutes which can be burned on a CD or downloaded in my MP3 player so you can take them anywhere you go. On your way to class or whenever you drive so I could learn Spanish faster. The ebook contained lessons which will walk you through Synergy patterns.
The program comes up in five sections. From section 1 to 5 you will be able to speak Spanish gradually. With 8 user-friendly lessons in section 1 you learn to talk about yourself. Section 2 is the dialog building part of the course, where you multiply your conversation skills. Through section 3 you learn more Brick and Mortar words. While section 4 extends your conversational ability to speak to groups of people, you will round out your narration skills after completing the section 5.
At the end of Synergy Spanish, the student can expect to be speaking in simple paragraphs and being able to converse "lightly" with topics that they are familiar with. This set is an INCREDIBLE stepping stone for the beginner students, or could together be called "Survival Spanish" and could be issued to tourists.
